Brian is an Enterprise Architect with 25 years of experience in spatially enabling enterprises in state and local government, NGOs and utilities.  After positions with Esri, The Nature Conservancy, Civil Solutions & Michael Baker, Brian rejoined the NJ Office of GIS in late 2017 where he manages the Web GIS team and specializes in enterprise architecture and distributed GIS.
